We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (Altered Packaging or Products, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for return). Our pre-washed extensions look great out of the package. We recommend shampoo and conditioning virgin hair before styling with silicone based shampoo and keratin rich conditioner.
